About Blayney

Blayney, known as “the Village Shire”, has a rich pioneering history stretching back more than 170 years. Blayney’s economy is considered diverse for a rural area. Key sectors include agriculture, manufacturing, wholesale trade, construction, transport and warehousing. The Blayney Wind Farm is one of the largest of its type in Australia with 16 operating wind turbines.
